Fair use policy

Our promise. Wrkmpr is free while we grow: every feature, for every business. If we ever charge, it will never be more than €101 a year for everything, VAT included, and we'll tell you well in advance. This policy keeps Wrkmpr fair for everyone.

What normal use means

Wrkmpr is for the everyday requests, approvals and hand-offs of an organisation, and between organisations that work together. As a guide, normal use is up to about 250 people, 20 sites and 5,000 new requests a month. If you grow beyond that, we'll contact you first to agree something fair. We won't cut you off without talking to you.

What isn't allowed

• Using one account for several separate companies, or reselling Wrkmpr.
• Creating requests automatically in bulk without agreeing it with us first.
• Using Wrkmpr to store large files or as a general archive.
• Spam, harassment, or illegal or harmful content, including through @@ to other companies.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Storing patient medical records or other highly sensitive data that belongs in specialised systems.

If use goes beyond fair use

We email you with what we noticed, and you have 30 days to reduce use or agree a plan with us. Only for abuse such as spam, attacks or illegal content do we suspend an account straight away, and we tell you why.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll tell you at least 30 days before.
